Concert
Join us to reconnect with old friends and meet new ones. The complimentary reception includes hors d'oeuvres and beverages. During the gathering, guests will hear a state-of-the-university address and meet Bradford Crews, the new senior executive director of The Alumni Association of CWRU.
Conducted by Franz Welser-Möst, The Cleveland Orchestra will perform three works. Starting with Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 1, follow the orchestra through Winter Daydreams to The Haffner Symphony (Mozart's Symphony No. 35). Conclude the afternoon with a waltz -- enjoy Ravel's La Valse. We look forward to celebrating our alma mater and the music of the world-renowned ensemble.
